Returning, a scoutathon and some climbing talent

  Scouting everything that moves has borne some fruit recently.
  
  The teams most recent foray into cobbling ended a couple of seasons ago with a big sell off which has left some funds to burn and hopefully and possibly return to racing.
  
  We are training a new crop of climbers with the aim of building a climbing and tour team.

  Everyone! Virtually everything English that hit the transfer list over a month or so. About 50:50 single stat to full scout and leaving anyone with a low starting average or multiple prior teams. Need to start winding it back now!
